Called regarding our flood damaged pool, they responded immediately with time they would arrive. Received a pre-call before their arrival and they arrived when they said they would. They went about their business in a professional manner and maintained a friendly approach that was understanding to our situation. They did a great job and when they left we felt we had known them for quite some time. Would certainly recommend them for their response time, professionalism and their friendly approach. Certainly 5 stars.

Paradise Pools came to empty the pool today which was badly damaged by the Gota Fria flooding. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and co are fantastic, knowledgeable and just all round great people! Trust them to do what ever is needed for our pool after being confronted with basically a green pond! More than happy to let them come and go with a key, trust them implicitly. Also GREAT with our very nervous dog!

Having now used Mike and Nic for nearly a year I would certainly recommend them. They have been looking after our salt water pool and every time we come out to it and it always looks fabulous. Mike and Nicola have also gone out their way to help and solve some small problems we have had around the garden. Keep the good work up and many thanks from us both.

Mike has been looking after our pool for 4 or 5 years and does a great job. He is reliable and trustworthy and in fact I trust him to the extent that I have given him the keys to our place so he can come in and work if we are not there. What I also like is he can arrange all sorts of repairs to the structure of the pool, pumps, leaks etc. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Mike and Co have looked after my pool for three years now right up until the sale of my property - they have always been most helpful and approachable, especially good with local knowledge like plumbers, electricians etc. which is a boon when you are new to the country. Mike has always been quick to let me know if there was a problem - once we had a flood and he organised the plumber in my absence for me. Not many firms would do that! Also I found them to be reliable and trustworthy and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Absolutely great workmanship doing a rather complicated irrigation system for us. Great attention to detail, showed up exactly when he said he would, despite a rainy day, Mike worked and did a grand job, thanks so much.

Paradise Pools and Gardens has been the best and most professional contractor that I have ever worked with. I was happy that I was able to find them. The pool area and grounds are a daily pleasure to see and experience. My neighbours even bring friends of theirs over just to see the difference in our Pool!

I can not recommend this company highly enough They are professional,reliable, helpful and friendly and go that extra mile. I would not consider using anyone else. They will look after your pool and jacuzzi as if it were their own. This is superior service. 

I am so glad I called Paradise Pools and Gardens….my pool was a mess….Mike cleaned and fixed my pool pump even though I didn’t sign any contract with him….the work is amazing, the pool sparkles and I just wouldn’t use anyone else for my pool service. He is fast, efficient and knows what he’s doing. I didn’t have to wait with Mike….He came to the house, and the pool was fixed and sparking within a few days.
